Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order for refund, replace (if available) or for a credit of the original purchase amount (shipping fees are non refundable).
Please note that the merchandise must be undamaged and in “new and unused condition” to be acceptable for return. If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise, please contact us at CustomerService@CollectaneaJade.com within no later than 48 hours after receiving the order.

Ship Your Returned Item(s) Registered
Remember to wrap and include any packaging material before seal the package securely with protection material included. To avoid any arguments, we recommend that you ship with Delivery Confirmation or Registered Airmail for the ease of tracking and your protection.

Once we receive your returned item(s), the item(s) will be inspected by our quality control department. Once your return is accepted and confirmed, your request will be processed immediately.
Refund Policy
If you are returning items for a refund, your request will be processed within 48 hours once we receive the returned package.
Credit Policy
If, for any reason, you wish to “Bank” or “Credit” the total value of your original order(s) (excluding the cost of shipping), that “Banked” sum will be applied towards any replacement made from CollectaneaJade.com, now or in the future. Replacement Policy
This policy can only apply to any non-unique merchandises.
If you are returning an item(s) for replacement with an identical product(s), you should receive your replacement item(s) within 3 weeks from receiving your returning package.
